Forgive me if the answer should be obvious, but to my memory, I cant recall any ninja in Naruto who is blind. And I'm surprised; I would have thought that Kishi would have introduced a blind ninja by now, who has awesome ability regardless.
And when I think about it, wouldn't a blind ninja be immune to the majority genjutsu?

Though Itachi, Sasuke, and Prime Madara were pretty close to the "blind ninja" thingy ;D

If you believe Madara's story, then his brother fought blind for awhile before he died. But of course we didn't get to see any of it.

The most prized techniques come from the eyes. it's pretty obvious that the author loves eyes.
In this manga, becoming blind is the absolute worst thing that can ever happen to you.

It would be pointless to introduce such a character - a blind shinobi wouldn't last long on the battlefield; Uchiha Izuna is a prime example.

Like what the previous posters said, blind pretty much means dead in the Naruto universe. The closest thing (in spirit) to the "Zatoichi protype" is in the anime filler episode "Eternal Genin". The eternal genin isn't blind of course, but he pretty much pulls off the same schtick by pretending to be weak/useless while hiding Kage level jutsus.

Itachi was completely blind when he defeated Oro in a single hit. Madara's brother apparently fought while being blind as well.

Izuna was blind.
He did not last long blind even tho he was Madara's level before losing his eyes. So no, i'm guessing some random ninja would not live very long if they were blind. 
tho i wouldnt have been surprised if Kishi pulled something like this. he could be like "oh he was blind from birth so he's used to it..."

Seriously tho i get where OP is coming from like a blind swordsman kinda thing. Someone who just reals on hearing and those other sensing, but are still extremely proficient at combat maybe even better than when they had their sight.

When i first read the title i tought it said blood ninja, so Hidan.
Then i read the title better and saw blond ninja, Naruto for example.
At last i saw you talking about a blind ninja, that would be Izuna.

Your title asks for blond ninjas. Well...Ino, Naruto, Minato...
but blind...not really though Zabuza would not have much troubles being blind. I guess in the Ninja world you dont survive long enough to develop great sensory feats (that allow you to fight without sight) if you are blind so blind Ninjas may occur but die long before they become mentionable. Or the Ninja genes dont know blindness ^^
And if you want to the Uchiha can become blind by overusing MS...Itachi was nearly there as well as Sasuke and surely also Madara - they just got new eyes so if you are a ninja and become blind - kill someone, steal his eyes, be fine ^^
